Inspiration...

As every runner knows, running is about more than just putting one foot in front of the other; it is about our lifestyle and who we are. Joan Benoit Samuelson, Olympic marathon gold-medal winner

Please describe any additional ways you inspire others to run and be active:?

Inspiration comes from passion, where as passion is the desire to run for any reason. A person may have that incentive within, although with a little more help from a coach a person can gain confidence in what they would never have thought they would have done. This is what I have learned this year from new beginners that their confidence within have grown to completing a marathon and continue running soon afterwards. The smiles, remarks and confidence is far better than any pr that I have set. Runners learn from other runners (beginner or experienced, novice or coach)…that’s what makes a runner (fast or slow) complete any distance necessary to succeed.
