my times?

I think i need a new watch...well, i definitely do when racing as my times for the charleston marathon are somewhat on target, but not exactly...well right.

my official race pace was a 7:00 pace per mile.

I lingered...i went out way too fast by surging with the first female and didn't really pace myself correctly for the last 3 miles...i slowed down.  Uh!  awful!  I'm pleased with the pacing remarks that I coach so definantly on...i preach this...

Anyways, it's the practice that matters...how consistent you really can get.
